Chocolate Chip Cookies

Midnight cravings for chocolate chip cookies calls for the classic Nestle Toll House recipe. 


Nestle Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
  • 2 1/4                cups all-purpose flour
  • 1   tsp               baking soda
  • 1   tsp               salt  (I used 1/2 teaspoon of salt)
  • 1  cup              (2 sticks) butter, softened
  • 3/4  cup         granulated sugar
  • 3/4  cup         packed brown sugar
  • 1  tsp              vanilla extract
  •  2 large          eggs
  • 2 cups            (12-oz. pkg.) semi-sweet chocolate morsels


    • One by one.
    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
    2. In a preparation bowl combine flour, baking soda, and salt together. Set aside. Photo 1
    3. Mix the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and butter in your mixing bowl until mixture is creamy and fluffy. Photo  2 & 3
    4. Mix in eggs one by one into the mixture until well incorporated.
    5. Mix in half of the flour mixture until well combined. Repeat with the remaining half of the flour mix. Photo 4
    6.  Combine chocolate chips to cookie dough.
    7. Scoop cookie dough with rounded tablespoons. Place them 2 inches apart from each other on a baking sheet. Photo 5
    8.  Bake for 9-11 minutes. Photo 6
